1. Through the touch screen shutdown, the water-cooled screw chiller will be unloaded first. After unloading, the compressor is stopped and the oil heater is powered on. When stopped, the compressor will stop after 25% of energy running for 30 seconds; delay the cooling water pump by 1 minute, and stop the freezing water pump by 2 minutes. If the emergency stop button on the electrical control cabinet is pressed, the unit will immediately stop the compressor regardless of the current load status. Do not use it easily!

2. If the chilled water pump and cooling water pump are not interlocked with the unit's electric control cabinet, manually shut down the chilled water pump and cooling water pump after a certain time after the compressor stops.

1. Close the water system shut-off valve near the unit after the pump has stopped.

2. Close the compressor suction and exhaust shutoff valves.

3． Open the water bleed valve on the water system to drain the water from the water system. In order to prevent the water system pipes from being corroded by air, flush the air with a pressure slightly higher than the atmospheric pressure in the possible pipe sections, and then tighten the water release valve to prevent rust.

4． Maintain water-cooled screw chiller and system.
