What are the common faults of the chiller?
The temperature difference between inlet and outlet water is small
When the user uses the cold water machine to the situation of small temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water, the general reasons are as follows.
First, the output cold capacity of the chiller is small, such as the unit itself is faulty, or is not fully loaded. The industry suggests that in these cases, users can make preliminary judgments by observing parameters such as the operating current of the chiller.
Second, the heat transfer effect of the equipment is not good, such as the heat transfer pipe produces serious scaling, affecting the heat transfer of the chiller, the user can make a judgment by observing the heat transfer temperature difference between the water temperature and the evaporation temperature.
Third, the water flow is too large, the user can make a judgment by observing the difference in inlet and outlet water pressure of the evaporator, as well as the running current of the pump. In addition, if the above problems are eliminated, the user can check whether the sensor or temperature meter is accurate.
Communication failure
It is understood that the control of the computer controller for each module is achieved through the communication line and the total interface board, and the main reason for the communication failure is that the communication line contact is poor or open, especially the interface caused by moisture oxidation. The fault of the unit electronic board or the main interface board, the improper selection of the address dip switch, and the failure of the power supply can cause the communication failure.
High voltage fault
When the exhaust pressure of the compressor is too high, it is easy to cause the high-voltage protection relay to operate. If the long-term pressure is too high, it will lead to the compressor running current is too large, easy to burn the motor, but also easy to cause damage to the compressor exhaust valve disc.
So, under what circumstances does a high voltage failure occur? Mainly include: cooling water temperature is high, condensation effect is poor; Cooling water flow is insufficient, can not reach the rated water flow; Condenser scaling or blockage; Excessive refrigerant charge; The refrigerant is mixed with air, nitrogen and other non-condensable gases; False alarms caused by electrical faults.
Low voltage fault
When the compressor suction pressure is too low, the low-voltage protection relay will operate. It is understood that the causes of low pressure failure are: insufficient refrigerant or leakage; Refrigerant water flow is insufficient; The evaporator is blocked, and the heat transfer is poor. Electrical faults cause false alarms; The temperature outside is low.
In addition to the need to understand the above causes of failure, users usually after using the chiller, also pay attention to the maintenance and maintenance of the equipment, in order to ensure that the life of the equipment is extended and the operation is stable.
